SHIPPING POLICY

At MOTHERLAND, we are committed to providing exceptional products and service. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage the delivery of your orders.


Pre-Ordered Items
We ask for your patience and understanding for pre-ordered items. While we hope to have items on your doorstep within 3 weeks of closing the pre-order window, we encourage you to allow up to 14 weeks for delivery. This window accounts for the intricacies of production and logistics to ensure the quality and satisfaction you deserve. Note that all pre-ordered items are marked as such under the shipping information on the product page. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the day we receive them.


Shipping Schedule
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase for premade items and for any pieces that we have in hand. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided for every order—local and international—so you can follow your purchase from our warehouse to your doorstep.

 

International Shipping
Our international customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 3-14 days after dispatch from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada, depending on their country and region. We are committed to ensuring your purchase reaches you no matter where you are in the world. 


Local Orders in Ontario 
For our local customers in Ontario, we are happy to offer a free local pickup/drop-off option if the customer is within a 25km radius of our warehouse location. Upon order confirmation, a text message will be sent to the customer's phone number to plan a tentative pickup date or drop-off date. For our Ontario customers outside of the designated 25km radius and for customers within the radius that choose our Standard Shipping, we use a local courier to deliver the order.

 

Responsibility for Shipping
While we take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely, we must unfortunately state that MOTHERLAND is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping once items are in the care of the shipping courier.


Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you suspect an issue with your order or have not received it within the expected timeframe, please first refer to the provided tracking number for the most current information on your shipment's status. If discrepancies persist, then please reach out to us for further assistance.
