Shipping Policy

Pre-Ordered Items
We ask for your patience and understanding for pre-ordered items. While we hope to have items on your doorstep within 2 weeks of closing the pre-order window, we encourage you to allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. This window accounts for the intricacies of production and logistics to ensure the quality and satisfaction you deserve. Note that all pre-ordered items are marked as such under the shipping information on the product page.

Shipping Schedule 
Please note that all orders, without exception, are dispatched on Mondays. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided for every order—local and international—so you can follow your purchase from our door to yours.

International Shipping
Our international customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 10-14 days after dispatch from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada. We are committed to ensuring your purchase reaches you no matter where you are in the world. All international orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Local Orders in Ontario 
For our local customers in Ontario, we strive for speed and efficiency. You can anticipate the arrival of your order within 1-4 days following the shipping date. We want you to enjoy your Motherland pieces as soon as possible. Our customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) utilize a local delivery service to ensure quick and reliable delivery. For remote areas or locations outside the GTA, we partner with Canada Post to manage these deliveries.

Responsibility for Shipping
While we take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely, we must state that Motherland is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping once items are in the care of the shipping courier.

If you suspect an issue with your order or have not received it within the expected timeframe, please first refer to the provided tracking number for the most current information on your shipment's status. If discrepancies persist, please reach out to us for further assistance.
