Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless the item is proven to be faulty and/or damaged upon receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Any return request must be accompanied by proof of the item's faultiness. Items returned without prior authorization or not meeting the specified conditions will not be accepted. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted for items that are unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the designated return period. Once the exchange is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate actions to resolve it.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for processing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for faulty items that meet the specified conditions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
